The majority of Joyce’s forty year career as an RN involved mental health and correctional health care. To Joyce, good health represents a persons physical, mental and spiritual well being.  As a member of the Grapevine Center board her goal is to work to help  us all achieve and maintain that goal through maintaining and developing the many wonderful  services that the Grapevine Center has to offer.
