WHAT WE ACHIEVE

• Isolation is the greatest enemy of Mental Health, it ends at Grapevine Center!
• Grapevine promotes a feeling of Belonging and well-being.
• Grapevine attempts to stabilize people’s situations and help get them back on their feet
• People have more to live for
• Promote Independence
• Supports provided, help people with Mental Illnesses, Drug & Alcohol Addictions, those recently released from jail, and the Homeless reintegrate into the community
• Keeps people off the streets and out of trouble
• Less incentive for recidivism in those previously incarcerated.
• Parolees have a support network.
• Parolees are enabled to meet parole requirements, keep court dates, and get out of the system.
• People jailed for just 2 months can lose their jobs, homes and cars and end up homeless; Grapevine Center can get them back on their feet.
• Homeless people get the help they need with getting accommodation, and other supports to resume productive lives.
