It is true, whenever you fight against your present circumstances, you evoke negative feelings of anxiety, desperation, depression, victimization, or hopelessness. These are all very low vibration emotions that bring you down even more. Anger is an improvement, and may provide enough adrenaline to get up and make a difference, but if it is misdirected anger it will not serve you.
The fact is, if you accept your present circumstances, you are actually facing the truth, which is always an advantage. Then, if you avoid all feelings of victimization, or blaming others for your predicament, and take responsibility for your situation, you can plan to navigate the flow of your life. Just see how even slight changes in how you think, and in how and what you do, can be small steps on the path to a different situation. Then build on these small steps. Very soon, your life and circumstances will start to look different and you will be getting closer to where you want to be. It will all be relatively painless but effective; unlike when you fight and rail against your circumstances.
This New Year, let this be your resolution. Let us all go with the flow, but navigate that flow to take us closer to where we want to be.
Happy New Year to All!
